Chateau Church Worship
This passage tells the story of a man who had been sick for 38 years, lying by the pool of Bethesda where many disabled people gathered, hoping for healing when the waters were stirred.
-
Jesus approached the man and asked: “Do you want to be made well?”
-
The man explained his helplessness—he had no one to put him in the pool.
-
Jesus simply commanded: “Get up, pick up your mat, and walk.”
-
Immediately, the man was healed and walked away carrying his mat.
This story highlights that true healing comes not from human systems or traditions, but from Jesus Himself.
